Marketing & Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to promote our products/services, generate leads, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, along with the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors.
• Promote products/services through presentations, meetings, and digital platforms.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and follow up with clients.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and reports.
• Attend trade shows, events, or exhibitions to represent the company.
• Provide feedback and insights to management for business growth strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
