Marketing & Sales Executive

We are looking for a self-driven result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, conducting field sales activities, and helping drive business growth. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to convert prospects into customers.

Preference will be given to candidates with sales experience in mutual fund or financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Interaction

• Meet prospective clients in-person and present company products/services.
• Conduct field sales visits as per daily/weekly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Lead Generation & Conversion

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
• Follow up on potential leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and track progress.

Marketing Activities

• Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and on-ground marketing activities.
• Create awareness about company products/services in assigned territories.
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales visits, leads, and closures.
• Maintain customer databases and CRM entries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for field sales and client meetings.
• Goal-driven, confident, and outgoing personality.
• Knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
