Marketing & Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Marketing & Sales Executive (Male/Female) to promote and sell roofing products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field visits. A valid driving license and personal vehicle are mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell roofing products to prospective clients through direct marketing, client visits, and follow-ups.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in assigned territories.
• Conduct product presentations and explain technical specifications to customers.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers and dealers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
• Collect market feedback and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
• Submit daily/weekly reports on visits, leads, and sales to the reporting manager.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide post-sales support when needed.
• Attend training, meetings, and promotional events as scheduled.
• Travel within city/outstation as required to meet clients and expand outreach.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirement: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree mandatory).
• Experience: Fresher or candidates with prior sales/marketing experience are welcome.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Driving License: Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler license.
• Vehicle: Candidate must own a personal vehicle (bike/scooter/car).
• Good command of local language and basic English.
• Should be well-groomed and presentable.
