Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell nutrition, wellness, and dietary products to walk-in customers and leads.
• Understand customer goals and recommend the best products or diet plans.
• Follow up with leads from social media, website inquiries, offline promotions, and store visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support overall business growth.
• Educate clients about product benefits and how they support fitness goals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve conversions and customer engagement.
• Participate in field activities, promotions, and brand awareness campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or marketing (nutrition/fitness industry preferred, but freshers can apply).
• Excellent communication & people-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of nutrition and dietary supplements is an advantage.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduation.
• Fluency in Hindi is required; basic English preferred.
• Comfortable with field work when required.
