Marketing / Sales Executive (Female)

Role & responsibilities

• Promote and market residential properties
  
• Handle inquiries, schedule site visits, and assist clients throughout the sales process
  
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  
• Conduct market research to understand trends, pricing, and client needs
  
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and close deals
  
• Participate in real estate expos, networking events, and open houses
  
• Collaborate with the internal team to meet sales targets and campaign goals
  
• Maintain client databases and provide regular follow-ups
  
• Report daily/weekly performance and market insights to management

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  
• Previous experience in sales or marketing (real estate preferred)
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented
  
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  
• Proficiency in MS Office
  
• Willing to travel locally for site visits and client meetings
