Role & responsibilities Promote and market residential properties Handle inquiries, schedule site visits, and assist clients throughout the sales process Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients Conduct market research to understand trends, pricing, and client needs Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and close deals Participate in real estate expos, networking events, and open houses Collaborate with the internal team to meet sales targets and campaign goals Maintain client databases and provide regular follow-ups Report daily/weekly performance and market insights to management Preferred candidate profile Female candidates only (due to client preference or team requirement) Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in sales or marketing (real estate preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented Strong negotiation and closing skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Proficiency in MS Office Willing to travel locally for site visits and client meetings Benefits: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Professional growth opportunities Supportive work environment
