Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
Drive sales of Emaar India's real estate projects by effectively promoting the value proposition, conducting property presentations, and facilitating site visits. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue goals.
Develop strategies and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and foster long-term relationships. Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the real estate industry.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions in consultation with legal and finance teams. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline management, and revenue projections.

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate with 3 to 7 years experience in residential or commercial sales in Gurgaon market and working in capacity of individual contributor.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
