Marketing & Sales Associate – Online Degree Programs

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, connect, and build relationships with colleges, universities, corporates, and training institutions to generate leads for online degree programs.
• Promote and sell online degree and skilling programs.
• Develop strategies to penetrate the institutional and corporate market for student admissions.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, and meetings with decision-makers to explain program offerings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & lead generation targets.
• Maintain and update a pipeline of prospective clients in CRM.
• Work closely with the operations and academic team to ensure smooth execution of partnerships.
• Represent the company at educational fairs, campus events, and networking activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the education/edtech sector.
• Proven track record of lead generation and institutional/corporate tie-ups.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within Kerala.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
