Marketing Project Coordinator

Your Impact

1. Campaign Project Management

  • Host and manage regular campaign meetings, ensuring critical updates, alignment, and timely progress.
  • Monitor and maintain task status on

    Monday.com

    , ensuring campaign tasks are up to date and documented.
  • Organize and lead ad hoc meetings to resolve blockers and align stakeholders.
  • Coordinate timely content submissions into the translation process for campaign assets.

2. Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with internal teams and program managers to enhance campaign delivery processes.
  • Drive improvements in workflow management using tools like Monday.com and supplier coordination processes.

3. Translation Coordination (EME Region)

  • Manage end-to-end translation submissions for all Aftersales Marketing content.
  • Serve as the point of contact for Sales team reviewers, ensuring transparency and support during translation review phases.
  • Coordinate reviewer availability during peak periods such as holidays.

4. Finance & Vendor Management

  • Maintain and update invoice trackers; reconcile monthly actuals and prepare finance summaries.
  • Process shopping carts and ensure accurate

    PO creation

    and invoice management in

    SRM systems

    .
  • Handle vendor creation and issue resolution; ensure compliance with internal finance and audit standards.
  • Submit monthly

    FCPA audit reports

    , process ad hoc payments, and respond to finance queries in a timely manner.

5. General Coordination & Event Support

  • Support planning and execution of internal, dealer, and retail events globally.
  • Assist with cross-functional coordination tasks as needed across the Aftersales Marketing Services team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in

    Business Management or Marketing

    ;

    Project Management certification

    is a strong advantage.
  • 35 years of experience coordinating marketing or creative projects, either in-house or at an agency.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Monday.com

    or other project-based software tools.
  • Solid understanding of marketing campaign workflows and creative production timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Team-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to continuous improvement.
