Role Overview: As the Marketing Programs Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic alignment, cross-functional coordination, and delivery excellence across marketing initiatives. You will serve as the central hub for integrated marketing programs, ensuring campaigns, events, and other initiatives are aligned, efficient, and delivering measurable business impact. Your role will involve driving alignment across marketing functions, providing insights for strategic planning, and managing complex initiatives to ensure high standards of quality, consistency, and execution. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with marketing leadership and functional leads to ensure programs, campaigns, and initiatives align with organizational priorities and audience needs. Provide updates, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders to maintain visibility and inform decision-making. - Lead planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing programs, ensuring collaboration, timeliness, and adaptability as priorities evolve. - Review and refine marketing assets to ensure message clarity, brand consistency, and visual quality. Collaborate with the Business Insights & Operations (BO&I) team to track KPIs, analyze outcomes, and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. - Act as a trusted partner across marketing functions, ensuring alignment, accountability, and progress on high-priority initiatives. - Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement by mentoring peers and modeling effective leadership. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - 15+ years of progressive marketing experience with significant exposure to program management, campaign planning, and cross-functional coordination. - Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. - Proven writing and editing skills, with experience reviewing and refining marketing communications and assets. - Strong design sensibility with the ability to evaluate creative materials for clarity, brand consistency, and visual quality. - Familiarity with marketing automation, project management, and analytics platforms to drive collaboration and visibility. - Experience partnering with senior marketing and business leaders to align programs with organizational goals. - Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. - Strong business acumen and the ability to connect operational plans to marketing outcomes.,
