As a Marketing Cloud Automation Lead at Lennox, you will play a crucial role in driving integrated marketing automation campaigns across various channels. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, development, and execution of marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). - Managing complex Marketing Cloud projects to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation. - Developing and maintaining sophisticated email marketing programs, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and automation. - Managing and optimizing mobile marketing campaigns, including SMS, MMS, and push notifications. - Integrating marketing automation with other Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends, measure ROI, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives. - Staying up-to-date on the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices. - Leading and mentoring junior team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform. - Experience in several end-to-end SFMC implementations. - Thorough knowledge of core Marketing Cloud products like Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, etc. - Proficiency in advanced features such as predictive modeling, AI-powered personalization, and complex journey orchestration. - Strong understanding of integrating Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products and external systems. - Ability to manage user permissions, data extensions, and other administrative tasks. - Proficiency in scripting and coding languages like AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for connecting Marketing Cloud with other systems. - Ability to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources. - Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and business acumen. - Strong focus on customer experience and data-driven decision making. - Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
