Marketing Program Coordinator

As a Marketing Program Coordinator at DIO Digital Implant India, your role will involve managing and supporting marketing activities for dental courses, tradeshows, and exhibitions. You will need to exhibit excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate demo kits and marketing materials for dental courses and trainings. - Plan and manage booth displays, demo products, and promotional items at exhibitions/tradeshows. - Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. - Collect and maintain data, prepare MIS reports, and generate post-event analysis. - Support digital promotions (social media, emailers) related to events and courses. - Track inventory of demo/marketing materials and assist in budget planning. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in BDS, BCA, B.TECH, BBA, MBA, or any UG/PG field with relevant experience. - Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing coordination or event management, preferably in healthcare/dental industry. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and report management. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
