Marketing Program Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: ● Handle the social media accounts of Work With Dignity, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent and engaging content. ● Design creative posts using Canva and other graphic design tools to establish and strengthen the NGO’s online presence. ● Reach out to different organizations on behalf of Work With Dignity to onboard them for student placement opportunities. ● Manage students' records and maintain the database of our Super 20 group of students, a cohort from disadvantaged backgrounds receiving technical skills training. ● Handle logistics to ensure the successful execution of programs. Qualifications & Skills: ● Strong interest in social impact, marketing, and program coordination. ● Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work independently and in a team environment. ● Prior experience in social media management or program coordination is a plus.
