What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design
Evaluates and streamlines business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the team and with the clientParticipates in strategic planning meetings with the client and manages client expectations in terms of support and deliveryLeads, manages, and coaches the Braze Campaign developers' team with shared focus on growth of existing skillset
What are we looking for? End to end implementations with Braze (Email template implementation to Data Segmentation/Canvases knowledge)Lead strategy and architecture sessions and communicate design options to clients (good to have)Manage administration of customer communication campaigns across the cloud, either in each function (email, SMS, Push, Cloud Pages), or leveraging Canvas to deliver multi-touch communications.Liquid and SQL knowledge is requiredEstablish best practice application support methodology and processes, including maintenance and support roadmaps, processes and technical documentationRequirement gathering, analysis, solution and design of new interfaces/integrations within scopeEvaluate new functionalities for the platform that enables new channels or integrations that can be used across brandsDevelopment, Testing, Deployment of new campaigns/integrations and releasesTroubleshoot complex problems, gap analysis and process improvementInvestigate, resolve, test and deploy incidents as assignedMonitors system performance, and verifies that peripheral integrations are functioning as expectedMonitor key data propagation & integration process
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
