About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our Placement Department as Marketing Outreach Interns. This role is a great opportunity for individuals who want to gain practical experience in student placements, employer outreach, recruitment strategies, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential employers and relevant industries for student placements.
• Support the development and execution of outreach strategies to expand our network of hiring partners.
• Collaborate with the placement team to create targeted employer engagement campaigns.
• Perform prospecting activities including cold calling, cold emailing, and networking to generate new client leads.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and employer networking sessions.
• Maintain and update employer databases and records.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve employer acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, client acquisition, marketing, or employer relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus (not mandatory).
