What You'll Do

• Ensure all Meta campaigns for our sellers are launched, monitored, and optimized on time
• Track and maintain shipment health reports for seller orders, identifying delays or bottlenecks
• Coordinate between the creative team and performance marketing team to ensure timely delivery and deployment of assets
• Maintain and regularly update seller campaign trackers, budget sheets, and ad performance reports in Excel/Google Sheets
• Support the seller growth team with insights and follow-ups to improve performance outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing operations, performance marketing, or digital marketing
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
• Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments
• Bonus: Familiarity with WhatsApp automation tools (like Interakt, WATI, etc.)
