Job Summary:

BluOne Ink is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate to support our marketing operations and business initiatives. Youll assist in campaign execution, data management, and distribution coordination, playing a key role in the day-to-day functions of our publishing and sales efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update book listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and company website with correct details like pricing, categories, and availability.
• Coordinate creation and upload of A+ content, product descriptions, and marketing creatives, ensuring brand tone and SEO alignment.
• Draft and proof communications like author updates, vendor emails, retailer messages, and internal sales briefs and help with newsletters and marketing campaign messages.
• Plan and organize events like book launches, literary festivals, webinars, and team showcases, including all logistics.
• Coordinate with printing/distribution vendors (Manipal & Repro) for file uploads, ISBN tagging, corrections, and approvals.
• Apply for and manage ISBNs for all book formats and keep logs up to date.
• Act as the coordination point between editorial, design, sales, marketing, and production teams.
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments like Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts.
• Join planning meetings and follow up on action items.
• Do research on competitors, market trends, sales platforms, and reader behavior to guide marketing.
• Help sales team by sharing catalogues, AI sheets, stock updates, and promo material.
• Keep CRM updated with customer, author, and vendor details.
• Work with marketing to plan monthly social media posts and schedule promotions.
• Coordinate with reviewers for book content and feedback.
• Manage timelines with vendors like Repro and Manipal to close tasks quickly and with minimal follow-up.
• Connect with Amazon and Flipkart teams to fix listing or content issues, A+ page reflection, and approval delays.
• Ensure all publishing tasks run smoothly and finish on time, with minimal errors and high team satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in publishing, marketing operations, e-commerce coordination, or project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for business correspondence and content support
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and website CMS tools (e.g., WordPress)
• Basic understanding of HTML for editing/uploading content and A+ pages
• Strong skills in Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive in task execution
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platform

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in content management or publishing operations.
• Prior experience coordinating with vendors, authors, or external partners
