Marketing & On-Ground Activation Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Outdoor Branding

• Execute

  Auto Rickshaw Branding

  across:
• 300 autos in South Delhi
  
• 200 autos in Gurgaon
  
• Coordinate

  bus and cab branding

  , including:
• Bus ads (25,000 impressions for 1 DTC bus)
  
• Cab ads (1,700 impressions for 1 car)
  

2. Flyer Distribution

• Coordinate with the flyer distribution agency for timely and accurate on-ground execution.
  

3. Society & Residential Marketing

• Plan and execute promotions across

  100+ societies

  through MyGate or similar community platforms.
• Collaborate with pharmacy partners for shared promotion budgets.
  
• Explore and execute

  elevator branding

  opportunities.

4. Newspaper Inserts

• Manage and coordinate distribution of newspaper inserts with appropriate vendors.
  

5. Corporate Outreach

• Work with the internal HR and Corporate Relations teams to:
  
• Develop corporate tie-ups
  
• Organize on-site health camps
  
• Prepare and share corporate rate cards
  

6. Social Media Coordination

• Support daily social media content execution, including:
  
• 23 creatives per day
  
• Short videos
  
• Coordinate with the central marketing team for creative support.
  

7. Pharmacy TV Screen Advertising

• Manage delivery and placement of

  6070 second looping ads

  across pharmacy TV screens.

8. Event & Health Camp Execution

• Lead planning and execution of local engagement events such as the

  Sector 81 Health Camp

  .

9. Posters & Collateral Distribution

• Create and distribute posters across:
  Societies, pharmacies, clinics, tea shops, RWAs
  
• Manage A3/A4 poster formats with QR codes.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  
• 1–3 years of experience in on-ground marketing, brand activation, or field execution.
  
• Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
  
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
  
• Ability to travel frequently across South Delhi & Gurgaon.
  
• Hands-on, execution-driven mindset.
