Utilize innovative sales methods through Dealers,
Retailers, and Direct Farmer Contact to meet monthly and annual sales
targets.
Conduct daily field visits, including Mandi
visits, retailer counters, and direct farmer outreach, for
product promotion and technical support.
Organize and conduct Farmer Meetings /
Chaupals to generate awareness and demand for cattle feed products.
Generate new orders and develop prospective
clients to meet defined sales goals.
Regularly maintain the Mahaveera Mitra Club
Diary and analyse member engagement and needs.
Submit sales incentive claims via Google
Forms within the time.
Build and maintain long-term relationships
with farmers, retailers, and dealers to ensure repeated business.
Actively contribute to achieving POS targets,
both individual and team-wise.
Attend sales reviews, product trainings, and
promotional events as scheduled.
Provide daily market feedback and
competitor insights to the reporting authority.
Maintain and update client database and
activity records from the assigned territory.
Perform product demonstrations, upload
demo data and visuals on the RMPCL mobile app.
Execute Farmers Calling targets monthly
and ensure outreach objectives are met.
Promote RMPCL s official social media
channels among farmers, retailers, and dealers.
Record and collect testimonial videos
from satisfied farmers/retailers and submit them to the Indore Head Office.
