Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead marketing & business development for 100% woven casual shirts in international markets

✅ Build and nurture strong client relationships with top global fashion brands

✅ Drive product development & merchandising processes – from trend research to delivery

✅ Provide expertise in woven fabrics, trims, and wash techniques

✅ Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing & merchandising team

Who We’re Looking For:

🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or Business Management

🧵 15+ years of proven experience in woven apparel marketing & merchandising

🌍 Strong international exposure, with hands-on experience working with leading global brands

📊 Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen

💡 Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
