-Graduate with minimum 3 years experience in High Rise Platinum Buildings / Construction Projects.
-Should have knowledge of Computer & fluency in English & Marathi Language.
-Maintain an up to date database of customers through Sales logging, through the business current call reporting system.
-Keep a structured record of projects being worked on at all stages, including orders placed
-Prepare a monthly report highlighting key activities, success and market trends outlining on-going goals. Be able to communicate and work with all divisions within the company.
-Ability to define marketing area.
-Meeting Targets.
-A Good communicator at all levels.
-Approaching and convincing clients.
-Understanding the client requirements & providing them all the necessary details of the project.
-Preparing project wise sales report every week to improve efficiency in completing the targets.
-Participating in property exhibitions & generating enquires from the database.
-Age upto 45 years
