About the Role

Marketing Manager / Head

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Communication

Develop and execute brand strategy to strengthen market presence.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels (online & offline).
Craft compelling narratives and content for internal and external communication.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

Design, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide strategy.

Digital Marketing

Lead performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
Oversee content marketing, website management, and digital branding initiatives.
Track, measure, and optimize campaigns for lead generation and brand growth.

Leadership & Collaboration

Manage and mentor a marketing team.
Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Build relationships with external partners, media, and agencies.

Required Skills & Strengths

Strong expertise in
branding and communication

Hands-on working knowledge of
digital marketing tools & platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
8+ years of proven marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Exposure to digital-first businesses is an advantage.
