Marketing Manager

We are looking for a smart, well-connected marketing professional to drive new customer acquisition, government tenders, and business diversification for Usaka Engineers

1. Market Research & Surveillance

• Conduct regular market mapping for automotive sheet metal/tubular parts, new OEMs, and new business opportunities.
  
• Track competitor activities, pricing, demand trends & industry changes.
  
• Identify potential segments for diversification (B2C, EV parts, accessories, etc.).
  

2. New Customer Acquisition (Domestic & International)

• Identify and approach new OEMs, Tier-1s, EV companies, and other automotive clients.
  
• Create and deliver professional product/company presentations.
  
• Manage customer visits, follow-ups, RFQs, and technical-commercial discussions.
  

3. Government & PSU Tender Development

• Monitor and participate in relevant government, PSU, and defence tenders.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with govt. department officials and tender issuing authorities.
  
• Coordinate documentation, EMD, bidding, and compliance with tender norms.
  

4. Business Expansion Strategy

• Collaborate with NPD team to propose and develop new products under the Usaka brand.
  
• Explore diversification into 2W/4W components, accessories & aftermarket products.
  
• Analyze feasibility of new product ideas and business models.
  

5. Networking & Relationship Building

• Build strong industry networks with OEM sourcing teams, consultants, govt. officials, and trade chambers.
  
• Attend automotive expos, SIAM events, vendor meets, and industry networking events.
  

6. Marketing Collateral & Branding

• Assist in developing brochures, product catalogs, corporate presentations & online profile.
  
• Strengthen Usakas digital presence (LinkedIn, website, industry portals).
