Job Role: Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Treat Hotels & Resorts

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement property-level and brand-wide marketing strategies.
Lead digital marketing, social media, and content creation efforts.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and F&B teams for promotions and campaigns.
Manage relationships with creative, media, and PR agencies.
Analyze market trends, guest insights, and campaign performance to optimize results.
Ensure consistent brand positioning across all communication channels.
Requirements
5+ years of proven experience in hospitality marketing (mandatory).
Strong understanding of hotel marketing, digital strategy, and guest engagement.
Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective digital marketing campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hotel marketing.
Manage offline marketing campaigns, including events, exhibitions, and promotions to drive sales growth.
