Job Summary: GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra LLP is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our high-rise residential project, The Cascades Neopolis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, proven experience in residential project marketing, and the ability to drive sales through strategic campaigns and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for high-rise residential projects.
Lead branding, promotions, and advertising campaigns to enhance project visibility.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities.
Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
Manage digital marketing, social media campaigns, and lead generation efforts.
Organize events, property launches, and customer engagement activities.
Prepare and present marketing reports, project updates, and ROI analyses to the Managing Director.
Maintain relationships with external vendors, media partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably in high-rise residential projects.
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies specific to the construction/real estate industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and MS Office
