Marketing Manager Student Recruitment & Outreach

The Marketing Manager position at SDBI involves driving student recruitment, institutional partnerships, and on-ground outreach for Data Science college undergraduate programs in the domain of On-Ground Marketing & Sales in Higher Education / EdTech. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing on-ground marketing campaigns in colleges, coaching centers, and student hubs. Your role will also involve developing strategies to increase student enrollments through direct outreach, events, and partnerships. Building and nurturing relationships with schools, colleges, and career counselors to generate leads will be a crucial aspect of this role. Additionally, you will organize seminars, career fairs, and admission drives to promote SDBI's programs and work closely with the admissions team to convert leads into enrollments through counseling and follow-ups. Moreover, you will be required to coordinate with corporate and industry partners for placement-driven student engagement. The ideal candidate for this role should possess 2-5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions marketing, or educational sales. Strong networking and relationship-building skills with institutions and students are essential for this position. Hands-on experience with field marketing, lead conversion, and on-ground campaigns is highly valued. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary for effective student and parent engagement. Prior experience in career counseling, outreach, or higher education marketing would be considered a plus.
