Shri Lakshmi Steel Suppliers (SLSS) is one of South Indias leading distributors of steel products from SAIL, RINL, and JSPL. Headquartered in Bangalore, SLSS has been serving the steel industry for over 40 years with a reputation built on trust, quality, and strong customer relationships.
We are now looking to strengthen our marketing team with a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager who can elevate our brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and drive impactful marketing initiatives across regions.
Key Responsibilities
1.Enhance the visibility and perception of SLSS products among retailers, institutional customers, and end-users.
2.Strengthen the brand identity and communication across digital and traditional platforms.3. Ensure all branding and promotional activities are consistent with SLSSs core values and positioning.
4.Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns online and offline to promote company products.
5.Manage corporate communications, advertising content, and marketing collaterals in coordination with creative agencies.
6.Develop and execute digital marketing strategies through Google Ads, Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and other channels.
7.Oversee SEO, SEM, website content updates, and email marketing campaigns. 8.Build and grow online communities to drive awareness and engagement.
9.Design and implement visibility initiatives for dealers and retailers (shop boards, in-store branding, banners, posters, danglers, buntings, etc.).
10.Organize and coordinate exhibitions, dealer meets, retailer conferences, and B2B engagement programs. 11.Ensure all marketing activations are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable impact.
12.Develop annual marketing plans aligned with business goals.
13.Track performance metrics, analyze market trends, and recommend data-driven improvements. 14.Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable sales outcomes.
Candidate Profile.
Education:
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience:
• 810 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within the steel, cement, or allied industrial sectors.
• Exposure to e-commerce, digital campaigns, and social media management will be an advantage.
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (mandatory). • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, brand management, and campaign execution. • Creative thinking, analytical mindset, and strong team-handling abilities. • Experience in coordinating with agencies and vendors for marketing deliverables.
