Role Overview

creative and strategic Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost SarthiQ's visibility and student engagement
• Manage and grow SarthiQ's presence across social media platforms with high-quality content
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Plan and oversee digital and offline marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams (Outreach, Tech, and Content) to maintain brand consistency
• Monitor marketing budgets, track ROI, and prepare performance reports
• Lead and guide a small marketing team for content creation, promotions, and events
• Coordinate with colleges, student ambassadors, and partners for joint campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (any field)
• Strong understanding of social media, digital tools, and content marketing
• Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills
• Leadership qualities and ability to manage a small team
• Strong analytical and market research abilities
• Prior experience in the

  education/edtech sector

  is a plus
• Must be based in Lucknow or willing to relocate
