We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and team leadership, with a proven track record of driving brand growth and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and PPC.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and overall business goals.
Oversee the creation of engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media posts.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed based on data analysis.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
7-15 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
Proficiency in marketing automation software and CRM systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
