Position: Field Marketing Executive
Location: Delhi NCR
Type: Full-Time | On-site
Experience: 1–3 years in field marketing, preferably in healthcare/wellness
About Us: We are dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy and mental wellness services to individuals, families, and organizations. As we expand our outreach and community impact, we’re looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Executive to help us grow our presence across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote services to schools, colleges, corporates, and wellness events
Conduct field visits to build partnerships
Organize and support awareness events, mental health workshops, and free consultation camps
Develop relationships with doctors, HR managers, NGOs, and wellness influencers
Track leads, inquiries, and conversion outcomes from field activities
Provide market intelligence on competitors and local mental health trends
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or related field
1–3 years of field marketing/sales experience (healthcare/mental health is a plus)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
Self-driven, confident, and passionate about mental health awareness
Ability to work independently and meet outreach targets
