Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our building materials division. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the construction and building materials sector, a creative mindset, and the ability to drive brand awareness, product promotion, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote building material products and solutions.

•  Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.

•  Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and events.

•  Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and support lead generation.

•  Manage product launches, promotional activities, and brand communication initiatives.

•  Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.

•  Build and maintain relationships with distributors, architects, contractors, and industry partners.

•  Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

•  Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the building materials, construction, or industrial sector.

•  Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies.

•  Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.

•  Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
