Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Design.
• Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategies.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and high-impact delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate regular performance reports.
• Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and advertising.
• Coordinate marketing efforts to support product launches, events, and promotions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in marketing, preferably in a mid-level or coordinator role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, social media platforms).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
