Job Title: Marketing Manager – Travel & Tourism (Digital & Offline) Company: Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd. Location: Kalikapur, Barasat, West Bengal (On-site) Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience) Job Type: Full-time About Us: Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is a leading travel and tourism company specializing in customized domestic and international tour packages, forex services, ticketing, and visa assistance. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager with strong expertise in both physical and digital marketing to promote our services and expand our customer base. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing: Plan and execute SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads). Manage and update website content to improve traffic and user engagement. Track and analyze digital marketing performance and ROI. Email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and online lead generation. 2. Physical/Offline Marketing: Develop and implement local marketing campaigns and events. Collaborate with travel agents, corporate clients, and educational institutions. Design brochures, flyers, banners, and other offline promotional materials. Plan roadshows, exhibitions, and travel fairs participation. 3. General Marketing Management: Create and manage monthly marketing budgets. Coordinate with sales and operations teams for unified brand messaging. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Build marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and customer engagement. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 4–5 years of experience in both digital and physical marketing roles. Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of digital tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, etc. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
