We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing operations of our tiles and sanitaryware showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive sales growth, and strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote tiles, sanitaryware, and related products.

Plan field marketing activities, dealer meetings, and showroom events to attract customers and increase footfall.

Coordinate with sales teams for promotions and seasonal offers.

Manage social media accounts, website updates, and visual branding inside the showroom.

Create marketing materials (brochures, ads, banners, videos) with design agencies.

Track marketing performance, customer feedback, and generate regular reports for management.

Build partnerships with builders, architects, and interior designers to grow business.

Supervise marketing executives and ensure smooth execution of field campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in showroom, retail, or building materials marketing.

Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Hands-on knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and branding tools.

Ability to think creatively and deliver measurable results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
