Manager Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for our adhesive tapes and adhesives product portfolio across India.
• Lead and manage the marketing team to execute campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive sales, and expand market share.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand competitor activity, and track market trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales collateral, promotional materials, and support tools.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and deliver a high return on investment (ROI).
• Oversee all aspects of product launches, including market positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with the R&D team to understand new product developments and translate technical features into customer-centric benefits.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience

  : A minimum of

  10 years of experience

  in a marketing role within the

  adhesive tapes and adhesives industry

  .

• Education

  : A

  B.Tech or M.Sc in Polymer Science

  is preferred. Other degrees in marketing or business administration will also be considered, especially with relevant industry experience.
