Role & responsibilities Manage all day-to-day stores operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of raw materials and finished goods. Implement and maintain an efficient inventory control system to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize wastage or loss. Enforce strict safety protocols for the handling and storage of all materials, with particular attention to plastics and flammable chemicals . This includes proper segregation, labeling, and disposal procedures. Lead and supervise the stores team, providing training and guidance to ensure all tasks are performed efficiently and safely. Coordinate with the production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and a smooth supply chain. Maintain detailed records of all stock movements, conduct regular physical stock counts, and prepare reports for management. Manage vendor relationships and oversee the logistics for incoming and outgoing materials. Preferred candidate profile Experience : 12-15 years of experience in stores management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Education : Any degree is acceptable. An additional qualification in Stores Management or Supply Chain Management (SCM) is preferred. Skills : Extensive knowledge of stores and inventory management principles. Proven experience in handling and storing hazardous materials, especially flammable chemicals. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for our adhesive tapes and adhesives product portfolio across India. Lead and manage the marketing team to execute campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive sales, and expand market share. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand competitor activity, and track market trends. Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales collateral, promotional materials, and support tools. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and deliver a high return on investment (ROI). Oversee all aspects of product launches, including market positioning, pricing, and promotional activities. Work closely with the R&D team to understand new product developments and translate technical features into customer-centric benefits. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Qualifications and Experience Experience : A minimum of 10 years of experience in a marketing role within the adhesive tapes and adhesives industry . Education : A B.Tech or M.Sc in Polymer Science is preferred. Other degrees in marketing or business administration will also be considered, especially with relevant industry experience.
