Job Description

Total years of Experience: 1 to 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional plans for business growth.
Generate and manage leads through digital, referral, and offline channels.
Meet and convert leads into Authorised Persons / Sub-Brokers / Channel Partners.
Provide business establishment and operational support to existing Authorised Persons.
Drive revenue generation through partner development and client acquisition.
Explain and customize business proposals as per client or partner requirements.
Plan and manage digital marketing and social media campaigns to build brand visibility.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking for new business opportunities.
Ensure real-time CRM updates for all meetings, leads, and conversions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
