Marketing Manager

We are hiring young Male candidates for the post of Marketing Manager, Any Graduation with 5-10 year of Marketing /Sales experience preferred. Good communication skills, an analytical bent of mind, a desire to grow and zeal to perform are integral to the requirements of the assignment.

• This role involves planning and implementing offline and online marketing campaigns, events, and activities to promote products or services and increase brand awareness. The Marketing Manager works closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
• Generate lead and sales opportunities to meet company's business and growth plans and sales.
• Track and build Brand measures that will boost Brand Equity.
• Analyse current markets and identify new markets and potential clients.
• Studying competitors' products and services.
• Constant consumer tracking to identify unfulfilled needs & white spaces.
• Working closely with the Sales Team to ensure excellence in Trade Marketing for traditional.
• Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability.
• Identifying newer target markets and developing strategies.
• Manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests/ inquiries are attended to.
• Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives and target audience. Identify key digital channels, tactics, and technologies to achieve marketing goals.
• Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
