Job description for Sales & Marketing Head

Industry:Heavy Fabrication and Machining

Location: Alandi, Pune Maharashtra

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Head to lead our sales and marketing efforts and drive business growth. As the Sales & Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue, expand our customer base, and strengthen our brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives

- Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to drive sales growth

- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key customers

- Collaborate with production team to ensure timely delivery of products

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition

- Develop and manage marketing campaigns to promote our products and services

- Manage brand reputation and identity

- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis

Requirements:

- MBA in Marketing/Sales or relevant field

- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in heavy fabrication and machining industry

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
