Job Description We are seeking a Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing and lead generation activities. The ideal candidate will develop innovative campaigns to create awareness about solar solutions, government subsidies, and financing options. You will work closely with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Design and execute marketing strategies to promote rooftop solar and renewable energy solutions. Plan and manage digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, WhatsApp, SEO, Email). Develop awareness campaigns about government subsidies, net metering, and financing schemes. Coordinate field marketing activities, events, and customer engagement programs. Create content for social media, brochures, presentations, and video ads. Track campaign performance, analyze leads, and optimize ROI. Build strong partnerships with channel partners, distributors, and influencers. Lead, train, and guide a small marketing team.
