Job Description

IRAAH Jewels Private Limited is seeking a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing, branding, and promotional initiatives for our growing jewellery brand. The ideal candidate should have strong PR and brand management skills, with a creative approach to driving sales and visibility.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing campaigns and brand promotion strategies.
Handle PR activities and maintain positive brand representation in media and public events.
Plan and manage promotional activities, exhibitions, and collaborations.
Conduct staff training to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
Apply strategic marketing thinking to identify and execute sales growth opportunities.
Conduct store visits for branding audits, market feedback, and sales insights. (Travel expenses covered by the company.)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Prior experience in jewellery or luxury retail marketing preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to plan and execute marketing strategies.
Willingness to travel as per business needs.
