Job Description

Aid On is looking to include graduate students in its team to maximize the impact of the different social projects, and at the same time, provide immense learning to the students. We want students who are very self-motivated, versatile, and get stuff done. Any enthusiastic person who wants to take control of things and work on projects that are new and innovative is welcome. It is a chance to get access to the leadership and projects of Indore by working directly with the stakeholders, like the government, different NGOs, businessmen, donors, and important people

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative work.
  • Initiate new projects and ideas.
  • Work closely with different government bodies, NGOs, and donors.
  • Event management and coordination.
  • Maintain to-do lists, meeting schedules, follow-ups, etc.
  • Handle communication through emails and messages.
  • Design posters, letters, etc. for new events.
  • Research different topics as needed.
  • Learn management skills by doing 10 different tasks every day.

Basic Requirements

  • Smart and proactive.
  • You will be given a chance to work on multiple projects.
  • You need to be curious, logical, practical, and excited about learning new skills every day.
  • People with a growth mindset, along with empathy, are a great fit.
