Marketing Manager - Import -Export

• Develop and Implement export import sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives
• Identify and explore new international markets and business opportunities for the companys products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients, distributors, and partners.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with domestic and international clients.
• Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis to senior management.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing international trade or a related field.
• Proven experience in international sales or import-export sales, preferably in Marbles/Tiles, Textiles, Leather, Construction/FMCG, Tea/Coffee etc...
• Strong sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and international skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently and as part as a team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in international marketing and understanding of global market dynamics.
• Familiarity with export regulations, documentation and logistics.
• 2 - 5 Years
• Male/Female
