Job Description: Develop and Implement export import sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives Identify and explore new international markets and business opportunities for the companys products Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients, distributors, and partners. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction. Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with domestic and international clients. Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis to senior management. Qualification: Bachelors degree in business, marketing international trade or a related field. Proven experience in international sales or import-export sales, preferably in Marbles/Tiles, Textiles, Leather, Construction/FMCG, Tea/Coffee etc... Strong sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation and international skills. Ability to travel internationally as required. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently and as part as a team. Preferred Experience Experience in international marketing and understanding of global market dynamics.
