Job Overview
  • Leverages data and insights to drive digital marketing strategy and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  • We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Data & Analytics to lead the analytics function within our DDN Marketing team. This role is critical to driving data-informed decisions across digital, ecommerce, campaign performance, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise, leadership experience, and a collaborative mindset to partner with cross-functional teams.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing analytics strategies to enable cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and product management.
  • Lead deep-dive analysis of customer journey data (website & digital engagement data) & commercial data (such as POS, eCommerce data) to generate regular insights for business
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and refine target customer profiles based on firmographics and behavioral data.
  • Identify and evaluate potential applications for products with a focus on high-growth opportunities.
  • Own and optimize dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools for performance tracking and business insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to define KPIs and measurement frameworks.
  • Drive data governance and ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of marketing data.
  • Partner with global and regional stakeholders to align on analytics priorities and share best practices.

What your background should look like
  • Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters degree with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
