Marketing Manager

As part of the Sales and Marketing team, you will be responsible for preparing the annual sales budget, executing monthly sales plans, providing training to subordinates, and developing innovative sales strategies to retain existing customers and acquire new ones. Conducting market surveys, resolving customer issues, generating marketing reports, and building strong relationships with customers, retailers, and partners will be key aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should be a Graduate/MBA with 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales/Marketing.
