Marketing Manager

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to execute on-ground

marketing initiatives for our healthcare services. This role involves driving patient

engagement, creating brand awareness at the community level, coordinating with healthcare

professionals, and implementing outreach programs. The ideal candidate will have strong

experience in field marketing, campaign execution, and relationship-building within the

healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute on-ground marketing campaigns such as health camps,

awareness programs, and patient outreach activities.

  • Work closely with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and community partners to promote

healthcare services.

  • Identify and establish tie-ups with local organizations, corporates, schools, and

community groups for healthcare awareness initiatives.

  • Implement field-level branding activities (banners, pamphlets,events).
  • Manage and monitor campus promotions, and in-clinic events to drive patient walk

in.

  • Collect market insights and patient feedback to improve services and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align field activities with

overall marketing strategy.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Manage budgets and vendor relationships for field activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Preferably Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare

Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field marketing, healthcare promotions, or

medical representative roles.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals and

communities.

  • Hands-on experience in organizing health camps, roadshows, and promotional

events.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple field campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare market dynamics and patient-centric approaches.
