You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies to drive foot traffic, increase brand awareness, and boost sales both in-store and online. A solid grasp of retail trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing techniques is essential for success in this role. As the Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include strategic planning to identify opportunities for growth, campaign management to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives, brand management to maintain brand consistency and integrity, retail collaboration to foster partnerships with other retail entities, and budget management with a focus on analytics to measure performance and ROI. The qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus.
