This role involves driving end-to-end marketing initiatives — from content creation and campaign execution to analytics and collaboration with sales. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and delivering measurable results, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms.Create and manage content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and case studies.Run and optimize lead generation campaigns using Zoho Campaigns and other tools.Manage paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.Build and update marketing dashboards, reports, and KPIs.Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy.Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with lead nurturing and conversion.Engage directly in social media management, copywriting, and campaign design.Mentor junior marketers and interns, encouraging experimentation and learning.Ensure campaigns translate into measurable results — leads, visibility, engagement, and ROI.

Requirements

Requirements4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or tech solutions.Strong hands-on skills in social media, email marketing, and paid ads.

Experience With Zoho Or Other CRM/marketing Automation Tools Preferred.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize performance.Self-starter with a balance of creativity and execution.Comfortable working in a flexible, remote-first environment.
