Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can both strategize and execute. This role involves driving end-to-end marketing initiatives — from content creation and campaign execution to analytics and collaboration with sales. Create and manage content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and case studies. Run and optimize lead generation campaigns using Zoho Campaigns and other tools. Manage paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. Build and update marketing dashboards, reports, and KPIs. Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy. Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with lead nurturing and conversion. Engage directly in social media management, copywriting, and campaign design. Mentor junior marketers and interns, encouraging experimentation and learning. Ensure campaigns translate into measurable results — leads, visibility, engagement, and ROI. Requirements Requirements 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or tech solutions. Strong hands-on skills in social media, email marketing, and paid ads. Experience With Zoho Or Other CRM/marketing Automation Tools Preferred. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize performance.
